PARKING
Parking in the plaza lot is open to guests. Please follow the posted parking signs and local traffic laws.
♿ ACCESSIBILITY
The venue has an accessible entrance. If you are bringing elders or anyone with limited mobility, drop them near the entrance first, then park.
3:30 PM — Chattada Matrimonial Event begins. Attend only if you have registered for the matrimonial meet.
4:30 PM — Arrivals & Registration desk opens. This is the time for general attendees.
5:30 PM — Opening Ceremony. Please be seated before this.
AT THE DESK
Have your Eventsify ticket QR code ready on your phone. Pulling it up before you reach the desk keeps the line moving.
Not registered? Come to the registration desk anyway — they will sort out the details with you there.

FROM 3:30 PM
Appetizers are served through the Matrimonial Event and again as guests arrive from 4:30 PM, alongside coffee, tea and soft drinks.
8:30 PM — VINDHU BOJANAM
The traditional community feast, followed by dessert. Hosted by Srikanth Munagala & Anil Kumar Samala.
Children are served first, so families with young ones can eat ahead of the main service. There is vegetable noodles at a mild spice level for the little ones.
VEGETARIAN & NON-VEGETARIAN
Both the appetizers and the main course include vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. If you keep strict vegetarian, ask a server or a volunteer at the counter — they will point you to the right trays.
HOURS & COST
6:00 PM – 10:00 PM. The bar is on the house — drinks are covered, nothing to pay.
Our bartenders are looking after us all evening; tips are welcome and appreciated.
SPIRITS & BEER
Beer, plus whisky, vodka, tequila and rum.
COCKTAILS
Margarita, Mojito, Piña Colada and Shirley Temple.
Every cocktail can be made as a mocktail — just ask the bartender.
NON-ALCOHOLIC
Soft drinks, lemonade and mango lassi, for kids and anyone not drinking.
🚗 IF YOU DRINK, DO NOT DRIVE
Take an Uber, Lyft or taxi, or ride with a companion who has not been drinking. Please plan this before the evening starts — not at 10 PM.
Indian Traditional.
Dress as you would for a festival at home — sarees, lehengas, kurtas, dhotis, sherwanis. Wear something you can dance in; the floor opens at 10:00 PM.
